Our mission is to provide a seamless, efficient marketplace where businesses can grow, and customers can find a diverse range of products. This Pricing Policy outlines the fees associated with selling on the Oma platform.

Pricing Model

At Oma Ltd., we believe in a transparent, straightforward pricing model that supports our vendors' success. Our fee structure is designed to be simple and easy to understand, allowing our vendors to focus on growing their businesses.

Sales Commission

Oma Ltd. charges a flat commission rate of 10% on the total sale price of each item sold through our platform. This commission is automatically calculated and deducted from the sale proceeds before the funds are transferred to the vendor's account.

Definition of Total Sale Price

The total sale price includes the listed price of the item, along with any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges paid by the buyer. Oma Ltd.'s commission is calculated based on this total amount to ensure fairness and transparency in our pricing model.

Payment to Vendors

After the deduction of the 10% commission, the remaining funds (90% of the total sale price) are disbursed to the vendor's registered account with Oma Ltd. Payments are processed according to the payment schedule outlined in the Vendor Agreement, typically within a specific number of business days after the sale's completion.

No Hidden Fees

Oma Ltd. is committed to transparency in all our operations. Apart from the 10% commission on sales, there are no hidden fees, no listing fees, and no monthly subscription fees for selling on our platform.

Adjustments and Refunds

In the event of a return or refund, Oma Ltd. will adjust the commission charged on the transaction accordingly. If a full refund is issued to the buyer, the commission for that sale will be fully refunded to the vendor. Partial refunds will result in a proportional adjustment of the commission.

Changes to Pricing Policy

Oma Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Pricing Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to all vendors through the email address associated with their Oma Ltd. account and will take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of the Oma platform after such changes indicates acceptance of the new pricing terms.
